Bruce's path started in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he discovered discipline, resilience, and the power of showing up every day. That foundation carried him through a career in law enforcement with the LAPD, into executive security for high-profile clients, and eventually into the business world — where he helped build Quest Nutrition from the ground up into a billion-dollar brand.
Today, Bruce leads at Legendary Foods and co-founded BioShift Research Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to cancer and heart disease prevention. He also lives what he teaches: a personal 60-lb body transformation and a commitment to training 7 days a week prove that health and leadership go hand in hand.
